Lew Harris, a big fellow both in size and heart, was well known in the safari industry as an efficient and good hunter and safari outfitter. The Gentleman of the Bush. Lew went about his business quietly and without fuss. He was always ready to help those around him who were struggling to get started by giving them locums and access to the industry. His career in the business was whole-heartedly supported by his wife Wendy and his three sons Morgan, Donovan and Ryan. Lew was the greatest father, husband, son, brother and best friend. He will always be remembered and cherished in our hearts and minds as the perfect son in God’s eyes. Lew crossed the great divide and has left us all saddened with his loss. We all know that it is but just over the horizon where he will be camping and awaiting us all. There is now a mountain of empty space where a giant once walked the earth.
