It is the client's responsibility to be aware of all the Terms and Conditions of Business

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

On all safaris a 50% deposit PLUS a 2% Zimbabwe Government Tax/Levy of the total Daily Rate is payable to confirm the safari. The balance is payable 90 (ninety) days prior to to commencement of the safari.Trophy fees and additional charges are payable upon completion of the safari by Bank Gaununteed Cheque or in Cash. Traveller's cheques and Credit Card payments are not accepted. Fees are quoted and payable in the US Dollar only. All prices are subject to change.

CANCELLED & POSTPONED SAFARIS / GENERAL

Lew Harris Safaris, at its sole discretion, retains the right to either accept or refuse a request to postpone a safari. Such a request from the client is to be in writing. Please note that Lew Harris Safaris standard Terms & Conditions apply as per South Africa Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a hunt being cancelled prior to six (6) months of the date of the Safari, then 50% of the deposit will be refundable.

In the event the safari is cancelled by the Safari Operator or the area is closed to hunting or travel for any reason prior to commencement of the safari, the client will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made if the client leaves the safari before the scheduled completion date.
